Principles of Recreational Soccer

  1. Everyone Plays - Players  are assigned to teams regardless of their ability or experience &  play in every game.  Players can expect to receive equal playing time  irrespective of their ability.
  2. Balanced Teams - Players are placed on teams in order to create teams of equal strength to provide for an enjoyable season for all.
  3. Open Registration - All  youth in the Morristown area are entitled to register & play,  subject to roster availability and sufficient adult volunteer  help.  Players who register by June 30th are guaranteed a roster  position on a team.
  4. Youth Soccer is for the Players -  Youth soccer exists for the enjoyment of the player and it's important  that players not only develop basic soccer skills, but have FUN while  doing it.
